First off, one of us will call or text our client to report our ETA. Once we arrive to your home we go over the cleaning process with you and length of time it will take to clean. It's not a wham, bam, done job so we could move onto the next job. Your home is our priority till we finish and don't find a speck of dirt. If you are present we ask you to inspect our work, because that's how we maintain our satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you aren't home, then we will send you a text letting you know we're complete.
